Delivery Estimates and Shipping Rates

Domestic Orders

Sending Happy offers standard and expedited USPS shipping options. See the table below for approximate shipping times. All shipping estimates are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We prepare and ship all orders within two business days unless otherwise notified. Packages are shipped through USPS. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

International Orders

Sending Happy delivers to almost anywhere around the world! International orders take much longer to arrive than domestic orders. Please expect your order to take a while, and we recommend that you track your order with the tracking information provided. Depending on the destination, the receiving country’s postal system may provide a new tracking number for you to track. We suggest ensuring the recipient is aware that a Sending Happy package is en route. It is not uncommon for additional country specific duties, taxes and/or other fees to be charged by the receiving country. These fees would be charged to the recipient upon receipt of the package.

 

My Package Didn’t Arrive!

Don’t worry… we are here to help! Please allow extra time for packages to arrive, as the delivery times provided are estimates from the United States Postal Service. However, if your package has not arrived within 2 weeks of the ship date, please contact us by emailing us at TalkHappy@SendingHappy.com , or fill out the Talk Happy form on our website. We will jump into action to help!

 

Sending Happy to College?

College students LOVE Sending Happy! When shipping to a college campus be very careful to enter the address as the school requires. The full name of the student and the mail code (if provided) are REQUIRED, along with the address of the campus mail room. Please contact the campus mail room for exact requirements prior to purchase. Once the package is received by the school, you will need to contact their mailroom for any additional delivery information.
